A dedicated function to drive Process Management and Project Delivery has been created, and we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join this team. 
The ideal candidate brings a background in consulting or project management, specifically within the wealth management / banking industry. The successful candidate will be a curious and result-oriented change agent, with the proven ability to deliver against agreed objectives, deliverables and timeline. He/she will be hands on in assisting to deploy a consistent methodology to redesign front-to-back processes across the Group, as we shift the current ways of working. This role is a unique opportunity for an impact-driven manager to participate and contribute to a major transformation across 5 countries – Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. 

 

Travel across Quintet offices is required punctually.
 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Support the planning, delivery and monitoring of key change initiatives across the bank, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Identify potential risks and issues on projects, and assist in developing mitigation strategies. 
  • Perform analytical deep dives, summarize key insights from large data sets and produce management reports as required
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process documentation, project plans, status reports, risk registers
  • Assist in the roll-out of our process redesign methodology across the Group, acting as a change agent to standardize and streamline processes across locations 
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met, with a strong “can do” attitude, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • BA or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering Sciences 
  • 4-6 years of experience of which at least 3 in Management consulting 
  • Previous experience in Financial service is a must, preferably in Wealth Management 
  • Some experience in process management and risk management are a strong plus 
     

Attributes and Qualities

 

  • Project management / consulting : a strong background in project management and / or consulting, with proven ability to analyse data, synthesize key findings into clear messages and document processes and pain points.
  • Communication & collaboration: strong communication skills, both in writing and orally. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. 
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Technical Skills

 

  • Project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2, PMP
  • Lean Six Sigma 

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluency in English is a must
  • French is desired
  • German & Dutch are additional advantages
