Quintet has embarked on an ambitious transformation journey and we see process standardization as a key efficiency enabler, allowing us to find synergies across the Group, move in future to a more harmonised IT Architecture and ensure a front-to-back collaborative way of working whilst reducing operational risk.


A dedicated function aiming to oversee key change initiatives within the group as well as deliver projects across the board has been created and we are currently seeking for an experienced project manager to join that team.
The ideal candidate brings a background in consulting or project management, specifically within the wealth management / banking industry. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and curious change agent, with the proven ability to deliver against agreed objectives, deliverables and timeline. The project manager will be responsible for leading, planning and executing projects that align with Quintet strategic goal. This role involves managing cross functional and cross country projects teams ensuring project deliverables are met within scope, time and budget constraints and adhering to the regulatory and compliance requirements of the banking environments. Joining us is a unique opportunity for an impact-driven manager to participate and contribute to a major transformation across 5 countries – Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. 

 

Travel across Quintet offices is required punctually.

 

Location : Luxembourg preferred, however open to other Group locations

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines. Lead the project from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business units, technology teams, compliance officers, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies early in the process. Proactively manage and mitigate risks while ensuring timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure resource allocation is efficient. Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
  • Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant regulations
  • Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, including progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead change management efforts within the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, processes, or technologies

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • BA or Master degree in Business Administration or Engineering Sciences 
  • 4-6 years of experience of which at least 3 in Management consulting 
  • Previous experience in Financial service is a must, preferably in Wealth Management 
  • Proven experience of Project / Program management required

Attributes and Qualities

 

  • Project management / consulting : a strong background in project management and / or consulting, with proven ability to analyse data, synthesize key findings into clear messages and document processes and pain points.
  • Communication & collaboration: strong communication skills, both in writing and orally. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships. 
  • Strong organisational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Technical Skills

 

  • Project management qualifications e.g. Prince 2, PMP

Languages Skills

 

  • Fluency in English and French, German & Dutch are additional advantages
