The successful candidate will work as part of The Cash Transfer team. The main purpose is to contribute handling operational tasks linked To Cash transactions, monitoring the Timely execution, booking cash transactions and assuming administrative tasks and controls  

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Execute cash transactions, including Incoming and Outgoing payments, Standing Orders, Direct Debits, Internal transfers,… by doing all necessary data controls  through the Dashboards  
  • Ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all transactions 
  • Perform various investigations and complaints in relation to the activity, including reconciliation of Nostro accounts and Monitoring of Payment transactions ( AML review) 
  • Works closely with other banking services in order to respect the delivery deadlines and respond effectively to clients’ requests 
  • Ensuring a relevant escalation process when required for risk mitigation, provide investigation especially in case of sensitive/risky items with potential financial impact 

Knowledge and Experience

 

  • Bachelor: (BAC +2/3) 
  • Very good knowledge of banking cash operations / Swift / Payment and clearing systems (Target, Sepa,…) – junior profiles will also be considered 
  • Good knowledge of financial products, SWIFT, Markets 
  • Education: Accounting, Banking, Business administration, Economics

Technical Skills

  • Fluent in English and French, any other language will an advantage (German / Dutch)
