Quintet has embarked on an ambitious transformation journey and we see process standardization as a key efficiency enabler, allowing us to find synergies across the Group, move in future to a more harmonised IT Architecture and ensure a front-to-back collaborative way of working whilst reducing operational risk.
A dedicated function to drive Process Management has been created, and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Manager to join this team.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management, specifically within the wealth management / banking industry and ideally a previous experience in consulting. The successful candidate will be a strong change agent, with the proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and obtain buy-in to deliver against agreed objectives, deliverables and timeline. He/she will be deploying a consistent methodology to redesign front-to-back processes across the Group, acting as a multiplier - coaching process owners and experts in the business to support them in implementing the new ways of working. This role is a unique opportunity for an impact driven change leader to drive a major transformation in a highly complex environment across 5 countries– Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.
Travel across Quintet offices is required punctually.
